Ordering and payment

1.    Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you like, add it to your cart, login and go through the ordering process. When the order is ready, you will receive the order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. Alternatively, you can DM us on Instagram or Facebook to place your order.

2.    Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: At the moment we only accept Cash on Delivery, Revolut or Bank Transfer. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to discuss which of the three payment methods you would like to proceed with.

3.    Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

4.    Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: For orders in Cyprus there is a standard shipping fee of EUR5.00. Shipping charges for International orders are dependent on the shipment requirements and location.

6.    Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, please contact us at info@cindyblue.com or DM on Instagram or Facebook.

7.    Q: Do you have the product in stock?
A: Each ƆB jacket is one-of-a-kind. This means that only one piece of each design is made and sold on a first come first served basis. What you see on our site is available. Products that are no longer available will be shown on our site as “Sold”.

8.    Q: How do I contact customer service?
A: If you have any questions regarding our online store (ordering, account questions, technical questions, pricing, shipping), please contact us at info@cindyblue.com.

9.    Q: Can I return a product?
A: If you have already paid for the product and it is shipped out, you cannot return it. If you change your mind once you have placed the order but the product is not shipped out yet, please follow the steps outlined in Q6 for cancelling your order.

10.    Q: How do create an account?
A: Go to this page https://cindyblue.com/account and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified via email.

11.    Q: How can I retrieve my password?
A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instructions on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

12.    Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?
A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page (https://cindyblue.com/account) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

13.    Q: Security
A: Our online store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and will not be available to third parties.

Delivery

14.    Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking information of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

15.    Q: Shipping time?
A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
